HAhahahahahahah I don't know really how to describe them. They are ummmm RUNTIMES! Yeah thats it. It is a collection of dll's that alot of programs need to run smootly. Use this pack to avoid the "This program needs blah.dll to run" prompts.

Ummmm yeah. I really appreciate the comments. But your issues are nothing todo with Vista or WPI I am glad you like WPI though.
