  1. It doesnt exist there, I add this manually, because Im too lazy to choose edition from my disks Didnt make any sense to choose edition, if you have removed all others from Image...
  2. Experienced very same behaviour...
  3. Seems like something has changed, because Setup started ignore some parts from my unnatended file. For example: <ImageInstall> <OSImage> <InstallFrom> <MetaData wcm:action="add"> <Key>/IMAGE/NAME</Key> <value>Windows 7 HOMEPREMIUM</value> </MetaData> </InstallFrom> <InstallToAvailablePartition>false</InstallToAvailablePartition> <WillShowUI>OnError</WillShowUI> </OSImage> </ImageInstall> Gets completely Ignored now, and I have to choose manually which edition I want to install.... Maybe it has something to do, changes regarding "Localized Windows" versions...? Because it worked fine 2 versions back, and now it simply doesnt... EDIT: Damn, if I look my disc closely, edition Names had changed? At least W7Toolkit displays them a bit other way than DISM, thats why it isnt working anymore... Oddly enough I still have the same source EN-US, not somekind of localized disc, why it has changed here? :g:
  4. Nope UEFI should work on x86 also... Wil start installing my Netbook now, fingers crosed... One problem tough, choosing Quick Format in USB-prep-tool actually doesnt format anything on USB stick, all data is still intact... Or Quick format should leave data, full format erase all? EDIT: Seems like USB Stick is unbootable, will try to find another one, and test it again... EDIT2: What can I say, it worked fine
  5. Nothing, besides x64 part...and...that I`m not testing x86 deployment... Just shared some additional information, in case you would be interested...
  6. FYI will test x64 image, because its CPU is x64 capable and I have stuffed 4GB RAM into it, will keep you updated And because I use my own "always up-to-date program repository" thx to: https://ketarin.org/ It really simplifies my automated install, if using same archidecture on all of my equipment I dont have to keep duplicate application installers, on my NAS
  7. Will test it, my Netbook needs new Install anyway, and its missing Optical Drive
  8. Thats exactly what I was thinking of...it could be an issue...
  9. Youre putting RTM and SP1 images onto one disc, doesnt it create any problems?
  10. If removing lots of stuff and adding all SoLoR updates, it will take a while for my PC to complete all those tasks. So I always prefer to do such of compiling when I`m actually sleeping or wont be using my PC. Maybe such an option, could be implemented into AIO tool (Options part) to prevent sleep, so you could leave processing over night?
  11. @Legolash2o can you fix this "Logon Background" tweak, please... its a bit annoying, that logon screen resets to default, if you change theme afterwards...
  12. Theres nothing to be sorry of, you have a life too... Take your time to finish other more important stuff EDIT: Actually I was wrong about that "Logon Screen Background" Tweak, actual problem is described here... http://social.techne...3-bb251bee2c46/ Too bad, but I dont know solution to this... EDIT v2: Found it... Legolash2o , can you please fix (modify) this tweak as described here: http://social.techne...3-28728531a91e/ For anyone who don't want the Logon-Screen reset to default on every theme change, just use policy key. "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System" "UseOEMBackground" "1" NOT "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\Background" "OEMBackground" "1" Delete this one if it exist! EDIT v3: Can confirm, changing this tweak to policy reg key, fixes it as described above . Logon Screen isnt tied anymore to the theme and reg key is not resetting to default if you change themes.
  13. Actually, it removes all Network Drivers... Wired & Wireless...
  14. For some strange reason, changing "logon background" tweak doesnt seem to work anymore...at least for me... Alway displays default... Also for some strange reason "Disable Pagefile" does actually nothing, after install, pagefile still exists on systemdrive. :g:
  15. Would be handy, because for now, if You want to build AIO disc you have to rename images for one archidecture.
  16. For most of the time I use VirtualBox for testing, also installed one "live" system with this Autounattended.xml file, also went smoothly...and fully silent... EDIT: Oddly enough, only problem that I encountered is still "Logon Background" tweak loading from preset. Background didnt got replaced... :g: Have to every time, re-tweak it, to get it happening, even if I load preset that already contains that tweak.
  17. One Question tho, why dont you use W7T built-in USB option? All went as expected, fully silent install...
  18. I will test Unattended tonight, same file that worked earlier without a problem... Will report what will happen...
  19. And I thought that I spent so much time with my Computer, so it began talking to me...
  20. Well...then hello for you, Legolash2o too... EDIT: As it seems, preset file got loaded correctly now, and also all tweaks were successfully applied...
  21. After AIO tool finished and before rebuilding wim phase, strange text box appeared, stating: "hi!" (Actually that message box didnt contain any text besides, that word "hi") Clicked OK, AIO tool rebuilded wim, will test that Image soon also to see, that all tweaks were applied.
  22. Will test it right away Thx... EDIT: Unnatended location got loaded succesfully Will create image and test other stuff
  23. Also Discovered, that "Change Logon background" tweak gets reset after loading preset (Box stays checked), but it doesnt actually change it. Only works when I re-tweak it again after preset has been loaded... Also works when I start clean. After preset is saved and reloaded again, it doesnt seem to work anymore... All looks correct in saved preset, so it must be something on loading ini file. Change Default Background::Z:\Customization\Win7\OEM\C2Q\Desktop.jpg Change Logon Background::Z:\Customization\Win7\OEM\C2Q\Logon.jpg Desktop Background applies fine, every time EDIT: Also Task manager tweak doesnt seem to get applied, after loading preset. Basically has very same behaviour as "Logon Background" thingy. Add 'Task Manager' to desktop context-menu EDIT v2: As I look my preset file closer, "All Tasks" tweak didnt got saved at all, into that preset file.
