Having a very same issue. Remade Unattended file, still no go... :g: I know it worked earlier, but since v55, it doesnt seem to work anymore... Still asks about "update settings" and "network location"... All other stuff, creating users, specifying timezone, moving folders, etc is working. Replacing users default desktop background tweak, didnt get applied, also that image file is missing from installation altough I specified it as always... Also for some strange reason, changing "SFX installer" background and logo also, didnt work... (or should image files be manually copied somwhere?) Autounattend.xml

Last build I didnt include it (altough I saw it), and all worked fine, except copying unattended into DVD root. Using latest version, ofcourse, so it must be it, which is screwing up your W7 Builds... :g:

Personally, for my opinion, lets leave people a choice... We may think its buggy and obsolete, but many other may find some of its functions useful

Maybe you should just implement checking of running processes? If dism or dismhost is something similar is running, display an "error or notification" on Toolkit launch and disable image mounting part of it? It should be fine for using them at the same time for other purposes, for example modifying image with RT7Lite and create unattended files with your tool...

Basically I have RT7Lite installed, but it became obsolete (basically project is dead and full of bugs)...no wonder, it causes errors... I never used it together with W7Toolkit, because, it will most likely break something in image, and generally its a very bad idea to "mix" different "tweaking" tools. Also, if you decide to do it, then it is YOUR decision, so dont blame developers (or report "self-caused" bugs), if something breaks or other bad things will happen (including your dead kittens)....

Could you make that *.bak thing optional, (checked by default) under AIO settings? :g: Because I really dont need that old 160MB+ winRE backup...replacing that file wont break anything, even if its missing.

Files replacement actually displays an error. As you see from this screenshot, replacement is set to true, but W7Toolkit thinks, its a still "false". File ofcourse dont get replaced... (I Always replace included Recovery, with MSDart one, which has more options, so this time tried to automate it)

Try via Unattended Creator, basically its the only "MS officially supported" way...see if that works... About that option under tweaks, tried myself (before Lego made it also possible via Unnatended) and it works, but only, if you make it for example D:\<Folder>, trying to move it to drive root seems to always fail... Also from my personal experience, if you have multiple users, its much more convinient to use same scheme as Windows already has, basically move it to D:\Users for example.

If you look at the file, it already has comments... Also that file is almost "self-explanatory" anyway, if you look at it

.52B has an interesting "bug" , if you import xml file (created with .50A) which contains users, users are added twice... :g: (tried to create new one, with current release, and then import it back, still same...) Its not an big deal, because you can delete those under users tab, but still... Also, "Users" folder location and ProgramData location doesnt get imported... BTW... importing doesnt detect, for which archidecture Unattended file is, it defaults it always to x86. Oddly, if Unattended file is applied to Image, Network Location and Updates settings doesnt "stick" anymore, after install windows still asks them.

Yes, but you can skip it by providing "default keys" : http://www.wincert.n...deployment.html Actually I dont know another way to skip product key, besides providing "default" during setup...
