  1. When you update the OEM info generator, change the version info to read 1.4.7.
  2. I understand. Thanks for the explanation.
  3. Used Hash MD5 BAABC8955EB12F544A3A4990CB074532 I got a filecopy error during txtsetup. "Setup cannot copy the file: NETFX11.inf" The entries.ini is wrong: [sysoc] NETFX11=ocgen.dll,OcEntry,NETFX11.inf,hide,7 [dosnet_files] d1,NETFX11.cab d1,NETFX11.inf [txtsetup_files] NETFX11.cab = 1,,,,,,_x,,3,3 NETFX11.inf = 1,,,,,,,20,0,0 Because the FILES in the addon are named: NetFxXI.CAB NetFxXI.in_ SVCPACK\NETFX11.CAT The number '11' is in roman, and normal form. Only one can be used, not both. <rant> While we all appreciate all the hard work both OnePiece and nonno fabio do and all the projects they contribute to here and elsewhere, this bug only highlights the main reason I tend to not use OnePiece's work...no testing. It seems fairly obvious to me that nobody bothered to test this addon before releasing it. Over at DriverPacks.net, the reason we have such a long period between releases is because we test on all available hardware to work out bugs BEFORE we release to the general public. I for one NEVER release even a nightly pack to our Testing Team before I test it myself on my own hardware! Even a cursory install and quick test in VirtualBox would have brought this obvious fault to light. In the future, please test before releasing. We are not your lab rats. </rant>
  4. While all these bootscreens you're making are nice Manikant, I still prefer the original XPtsp bootscreen. Just thought I'd throw my opinion out there.
  5. Troll! Since there was never a SP3 for x64 XP, the first (and second) post is 100% correct. Maybe since you won't be back, you can use your free time to learn to read properly. Or you can learn to use a decent OS since even M$ is shaking off XP-64.
  6. 'surveymonkey'??? :hatespam: LOL, I threw my name in the hat. We'll see what happens.
  7. Also with the batch addon, the %cdsource%\ie8\* folder and contents are left behind after integration. Not a problem though to delete afterwards. Might just have been a glitch. I'll try again with different source.
  8. WooHoo! I'm all over it! Can you change to code in oemgen.exe from: @echo off Title=OEM info generator mode con cols=59 lines=2 to @echo off Title=OEM info generator mode con cols=59 lines=2 IF EXIST "%SystemRoot%\System32\oeminfo.ini" GOTO :EOF That'll keep it from overwriting any custom OEM branding (Sony/HP/Dell) from my oemscan addon or other OEM builds.
  9. You should move up here to the UK. We never have earthquakes. Crappy weather...but never earthquakes. It's a trade-off I guess. Everything alright for you Rick?
  10. I haven't tried it myself, only providing the links.
  11. This also works with the full 5.02 Ultimate version but from a different site. http://www.lavalys.com/products.php?ps=UE&...=en&page=48 Or the direct link: http://www.trialpay.com/checkout/?c=1b92c9e&tid=A7DfZAn
  12. Any update? This looks promising.
  13. Also, the boot screen mod isn't taking affect. After first reboot, the bootscreen defaults to the original.
  14. Just tried 1.4.6.12 GUI on a MCE source with WMP11 (boooggy) and IE8 (sereby's) integrated. Extracting contents of IE8.CAB MSG: No files found to patch inside "IE8.CAB"! Extracting contents of WMP11.CAB MSG: No files found to patch inside "WMP11.CAB"! Extracting contents of DRIVER.CAB MSG: No files found to patch inside "DRIVER.CAB"! Extracting contents of MEDIACTR.CAB MSG: No files found to patch or replace inside "MEDIACTR.CAB"! Is that normal? The file is physically present in the xptspgui installer, but it doesn't copy the file to the source \i386 dir. Copying it manually fixes the problem.
  15. Maybe you could wait until SP2 is actually available from M$ instead of using some hacked torrent? Just a thought.
  16. I don't use OnePiece's updatepack anymore. I never got it to work reliably in all situations. I'm sure it works OK for some, just not me. I use user_hidden's UP based on RyanVM's work.
  17. Please don't shout. Yes, this should work with any DX-9 compatible video card.
  18. Ooh, I can't wait for 1.4.7.0! Looking good!
  19. I would agree. Disconnect all your cards and reconnect only your video card. If that doesn't work, move your video card to another PCIe slot (if available). Also double check your RAM and power connectors.
  20. ROFL Dude. That is just too funny. And you were serious?!
  21. I get my connection through VirginMedia-UK. Excellent host. And it's nice to see I'm getting what I'm paying for!
  22. LOL, yeah maybe. But which ones will be the first to NOT suck?
  23. LOL, I'd send you mine, but my wife would be very upset!
