the first 3 pictures are useless and have nothing to do with connecting a monitor. you need a video card with a vga port which the one in the picture has, but it looks very ancient
  2. another site gives it 89% detection rate. tied neck and neck with avira http://mtc.sri.com/live_data/av_rankings/ there is something called Ikarus, which even scored higher.. but i've never heard of it before
  3. well if you want to maybe try something a little different, theres this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833320026 + EMCMNMS84 $5 off promo code the main draw though is the ability to use dd-wrt which may or may not interest you
  4. i have a netgear one. its never let me down yet. i think linksys is pretty decent too. i've heard not so good things about belkin and d-link
  5. according to this chart http://www.av-comparatives.org/images/stories/test/ondret/avc_report24.pdf it comes in at #5. i guess not too bad for something that is free

this might be a strange question, but how hard would it be to make some skins for the forum? is it just a matter of following a template or is there some coding involved? i had an idea it might be fun to try to make one

  13. i noticed this one late. you can only get it free from nov 27-29 You must register to get free serial. Note that the Special Edition has no 64-bit support http://www.paragon-s...e/giveaway.html here is the registration link http://www.paragon-s...on/td-2010.html
  14. how much difference in battery life (on average) do you notice?
  15. this reminds me of all those 'memory booster' software that companies used to come out with. i seriously can't see something like this making a significant difference. found a review http://www.gamepyre.com/reviews/games/pc/1115_1.html according to that author he got 1-5 frames better with it than without. and from this picture http://images.betanews.com/screenshots/1239033313-1.png it seems like it mainly disables some services (freeing up more ram) which i suspect is probably the cause for the slight increase in frames.

  18. only problem with translation programs is they are not very grammatically correct. so i'm kind of wondering how they plan on translating it if they don't know multi-languages

i really like the yellow one the most. its the only one that looks like it uses two colors. yellow, and orange for the grid. the others are blue/blue, purple/purple etc

  22. the "cleaning trash" one seems odd. you sure it's suppose to be the word cleaning?
  23. would you consider putting all that info in a spoiler box? technically not a spoiler but its the only way i know that puts all the info into a drop down box to compress the original post. (without spaces) [ spoiler ] tag to the start and [ / spoiler ] at the end of the text will make it look like this tada!
