So ive tried 3 times. 3 Redownloads of all updates. Every time it ends the installs saying it cannot configure to restart the install. Has also been tried on multiple laptops with the same results. What am I doing wrong?

Where does win toolkit automaticly save the file at? I cant find it even searching the name I gave it.
