Updated to Start Menu X v4.3, freeware version

This is a maintenance update. Fix a problem where Sumatra PDF (have not tried with other pdf reader) is already installed and associated with .pdf, and then Foxit Reader is also installed later but the .pdf handler is still associate with Sumatra PDF. This inf update will associate with .pdf with Foxit Reader. This will only fix the above problem if you do a normal install of foxit reader. I also intend to remove English pdf manual in next update version.

Updated to 10.6.1.7 plus script finetune and added 1 more tweak "NoMP3AssociationWithiTunes=0" (see last section of iTunesCustomPref.ini) To make the installer less version specific, following rename are done. Rename iTunes105xscript.exe to iTunes10xscript.exe Rename Uninstall_iTunes105x.vbs to Uninstall_iTunes10x.vbs. Also modify script such that the actual version is display in the uninstall title prompt.
