Homepage When things get boring it's time to add some fire. Free Fire Screensaver bursts into your screen with a super-realistic animated fire virtually burning every single pixel of your desktop! The flame effects are so natural that you can almost feel the heat glowing at your display and breathe the smoke. Installed w/o any ad-supported components and set as default screen saver (using vbscript in all user startup folder. Note: script is self-deleting after execution.) XnView shell extension allows for viewing a thumbnail of the selected image in the context menu of MS Explorer. You will be able to convert and resize, and you can even edit IPTC metadata. The idea is to allow users to quickly view and manipulate images from the context menu without having to open any tool. You can also view the image thumbnail along with some basic information like size, BPP (Bits Per Pixel), and dimensions (width/height). Uninstallable from Add/Remove Panel XnViewShellExtension320_inf_addon.cab Size: 703.82 Kb (720,715 bytes) MD5: B8D3B6A6140E644F114C9B69FD93A823

Homepage TrID is an utility designed to identify file types from their binary signatures. While there are similar utilities with hard coded logic, TrID has no fixed rules. Instead, it's extensible and can be trained to recognize new formats in a fast and automatic way. TrID has many uses: identify what kind of file was sent to you via e-mail, aid in forensic analysis, support in file recovery, etc. TrID uses a database of definitions which describe recurring patterns for supported file types. As this is subject to very frequent update, it's made available as a separate package. Just download both TrID and this archive and unpack in the same folder. The database of definitions is constantly expanding; the more that are available, the more accurate an analysis of an unknown file can be. You can help! Use the program to both recognize unknown file types and develop new definitions that can be added to the library. See the TrIDScan page for information about how you can help. Just run the TrIDScan module against a number of files of a given type. The program will do the rest. Because TrID uses an expandable database it will never be out of date. As new file types become available you can run the scan module against them and help keep the program up to date. Other people around the world will be doing the same thing making the database a dynamic and living thing. If you have special file formats that only you use, you can also add them to your local database, making their identification easier. TrID is simple to use. Just run TrID and point it to the file to be analyzed. The file will be read and compared with the definitions in the database. Results are presented in order of highest probability. This addon includes: Start menu shortcut + Uninstallable in Add/Remove Panel Current library of definitions is up to 4320 file types. My humble batch file for you to perfrom drag and drop. * thanks to jaclaz at MSFN Forum for the code improvement. - now can drag into batch file too. (Utilise nircmd.exe to keep "console always on top" for drag & drop operation. Nircmd is excluded in the addon. It is preferred to be in %path% environment) TrID_File_Identifier_inf_addon.cab Size: 463.15 Kb (474,261 bytes) MD5: 8FC00A895CF06902E5BAC6DE61C016A1 You can test as follow: Just rename bliss.bmp to bliss.exe and drag bliss.exe to the console box and see it's binary signature. *edit: Minor update on 7 June to reflect changes to batch file

Updated to Foxit Reader 5.0.1.523. This is a relatively new and big package to make and I have included user_manual in pdf format. Hence overall cab filesize looks 'big'. Thanks for your interest.

Homepage WMPCDText is a free Windows Media Player plug-in for reading CD-Text information from audio CDs. The plug-in is written for Windows Media Player 10 and higher. CD-Text is an extension of the audio CD-standard that allows you to store additional information on an audio CD, such as album name, album artist and track info. Many audio players like Winamp and RealPlayer can read CD-Text but Windows Media Player never supported it. Until now, because WMPCDText will read CD-Text directly from within Windows Media Player. There is an option to automatically read CD-Text from unknown audio CDs. Alternatively, you can also right-click on a CD-track in the Now Playing-pane while the CD is playing, and click "Read CD-Text" (see screenshot below). WMPCDText especially comes in handy when using Windows Media Player for playing home-made audio CDs. Before WMPCDText, you would have to insert all the track information of such a CD manually into Windows Media Player. Now, just make sure that the CD-Text information is burned onto the CD, play the burned CD with Windows Media Player, and WMPCDText will automatically read the track information from the CD itself and insert it into the Media Library. For reading CD-Text on Windows XP and 2003, administrator rights are required. WMPCDText_1.2_addon.cab Size: 395.56 Kb (405,056 bytes) MD5: 11B8B41048ED195FD806FD4B61E7780A

Homepage The plug-in is written for Windows Media Player 11 or higher. WMP Tag Plus is a free Windows Media Player plug-in that adds support for reading and writing tags (metadata) of MPEG-4, FLAC, Vorbis and WavPack files. After installing WMP Tag Plus, MPEG-4, FLAC, Vorbis and WavPack files will be added to the WMP library, together with the tags that they contain. When you edit their tags in the library, the changes will be saved back to the files too. With this plug-in, using files of these formats in WMP becomes completely seamless, you probably won't even notice the difference with the default supported formats such as MP3 or Windows Media Audio! For example, WMP Tag Plus allows you to use WMP's Advanced Tag Editor to edit the tags of MPEG-4, FLAC, Vorbis and WavPack files, something that wasn't possible with older tag support plug-ins for WMP. Another problem with these older plug-ins was that they didn't read the track length of files of the new formats, and that you usually couldn't seek such files while they were playing. WMP Tag Plus addresses both of these issues. Please bear in mind that WMP Tag Plus only adds metadata support, and that the following additional packages might need to be installed to enable WMP to play the new formats: FLAC and Vorbis: the Xiph.org DirectShow filters MPEG-4: Haali's Media Splitter together with FFDShow WavPack: the DirectShow filter at the official WavPack website WMPTagPlus-1.2_addon.cab Size: 882.11 Kb (903,278 bytes) MD5: B285F39EAE8FB62682570CBDAB3951E3

Homepage (Windows Media Player Plus! is written for Windows Media Player 11 or higher) Windows Media Player Plus! is a free plug-in for Windows Media Player that adds various user interface and playback enhancements. It includes the following enhancements: Tag Editor Plus: an alternative for Windows Media Player's Advanced Tag Editor. Tag Editor Plus works on Windows Media Player 12 too, where the original Advanced Tag Editor has been removed. Global hotkeys, allowing you to control Windows Media Player from within any running application. Party Shuffle: a dynamic playlist, that automatically gets filled up with randomly picked songs. Of course, you can still add songs yourself, and reorder/remove songs, just like with a normal playlist. Very useful while throwing a party, as a DJ aid, or just for casual listening. Real 'find as you type' in the library: you can simply start typing to search, without having to click on the Search field first. Access the standard Explorer right-click menu of a media file directly from within Windows Media Player. Restore last active playlist, media item, and playback position at Windows Media Player startup. Show currently playing media in Windows Media Player's title bar. Advanced playback options: Stop after current and Close after current, to automatically stop playback or close Windows Media Player when the current media has ended. Let Windows Media Player play/pause when you press the space bar. Disable group headers in the Library Pane Enhanced and configurable replacement of the Windows Live Messenger Music plug-in (What I'm Listening To). Access the properties/settings of any Windows Media Player plug-in from within the main menu (Tools - Plug-in properties), without having to go to Options first. "Play next" option when right-clicking a media item in Windows Media Player 11's library (Windows Media Player 12 already has this by default). Quickly re-enable all plug-ins after a Windows Media Player crash. WMPPlus-2.1_addon.cab Size: 912.83 Kb (934,738 bytes) MD5: 587797C51CEBBAFC5A0945BABEF28EC6
