  1. I was using the windows 7 download tool with windows 7 pro and had the above problem and with a laptop using windows vista with the same problem also. I have now installed IE11 and the windows download tool now works perfectly. Thanks guys for the previous links and help, Hopefully just installing IE11 will be the solution for everyone with this problem.
  2. That was perfect, Thanks ianymaty, download worked fine, but even after i have made a fresh install of windows, i still can't get the windows tool to work. I have the same problem as before. So now must ask again if someone can post another link for a windows 7 image for my girlfriends laptop, (shes German so would prefer the german version), So it would be amazing if someone with a working version of this tool can post up a link for a Windows 7 professional german/Deutsch 32bit iso. Thank you very much Carl

I then tried to use the program on my laptop, but all i get when i click windows 7 is a large grey screen and then i'm unable to select any other versions of windows to download. Any chance someone who can use the tool and send me a link for an English windows 7 professional 32bit iso? Thanks Carl
