it was wonderful software, does 7 app run on vista ? i think he should have made that project open source before leaving

I am glad to release the 2nd version of 7zip ultimate. Default icon of 7zip is very old for current os so i decided to redesign 7zip. I have tried to eliminate all the error that were seen in previous version. Most of images(about,sfx) & icons(file type,7zip sfx) are designed by me except Toolbar icons and 7zip program icon.

Installation Instruction:
Just overwrite the existing 7zip file with the files present in archive. In order to experience the change in file icon you may need to log-off.
This is modified version of 7-Zip 4.65. Only UI were changed, working process is same as of 7-Zip 4.65.

Before the new software, at the very botom there was a drop down tahat allowed you to see the "New Content" from a different time periods. i think it was 3days, 1 week and another option in the drop down. With the new software for the site, after something is posted for 2-3 days, you won't know unless you go through each Forum. I hope that makes more since. if not I will try to explain better or find someone who knows what I am talking about.

I had 200 posts but in my profile why it's showing Active posts 204 (0.9 per day), Please clear my doubt.

Active posts = number of posts that are still valid, active, not deleted, etc.
The other count is how many a member has made total, regardless of deleted posts, etc.
Very strange because if iam on mozilla then also it's showing my status as "OFFLINE".

Logout, and on the login screen uncheck the "Sign in anonymously - Don't add me to the active users list", then login again.
Nice.. I liked this new interference specially post editor and forum sidebar.. But where is quick login box??

It's not available in this version by default. I'll see if there's a hook for the sidebar.
