I was watching a movie when windows restart due to unexpected error, and it shows a bluescreen with many codes and words that i didn't get to read because its restarting. When windows restarts i've put it on safemode because i was afraid it will crash again.. so when windows reports the problem it didn't connect because of internet connection not working on safemode.. i think.. then i restarted again.. when i tried to do a disk cleanup, there's an option to delete a system error memory dump files which is 142mb. is that the error when windows crashed? i was afraid that windows will crash again that's why i've put it on safemode. i've never experienced anything like this before. what's the meaning of bluescreen error? what do i need to do? i'm using windows vista home premium.. :crying_anim02: :sad01_anim: :help: and windows says, 'windows has recovered from a serious error'. does is mean that i dont have to worry about it?
  2. nice codec! but, it's still looking for the Intel ITU H.264 (H264) Codec.
  3. Ok, i got an avi video file, i tried to play it on wmp11 but it says there was a missing codec. it was Intel ITU H.264 (H264) codec that was missing. i got the same problems too back when i'm on xp. what i did was download vlc media player then play the video there and it worked fine because vlc has a Intel ITU H.264 (H264) codec. now, for the last 2weeks vlc is working fine, but now it doesn't seem to show any video! i only hear the sounds of the video, no picture at all. i tried wmv, mpg, avi but no luck.. i've reinstalled vlc twice and still no picture.. do you know what's the problem? why is it only making sounds, with no picture?

  19. Hello everyone! Another problem here! hehe, sorry about this. I just don't know anyone who can help me but you guys! I don't know where to put this topic so i just put it here! Ok, here's the problem. I've been trying to watch a flash presentation or movie on the internet but my browser says "you must have the latest flash player installed on you computer" and blah blah blah download it here somthing like that. BUT I already have the latest flash player! So, what I did was download the "uninstaller" of flash player from adobe.com to get rid of my flash player, and was uninstalled successfully! then rebooted my computer. after that, I download and installed a new flash player from adobe.com so now the flash movie was working fine, I can now see the movie. BUT after a shutdown or reboot, the problem occured again! It says I need the latest flash player again! or I don't have a flash player! But really, I already have the latest flash player. So I repeated what I did earlier, "uninstall and install again" worked fine, but after reboot, there's the same problem again. I don't know why it's like that. Oh! and one more thing, I have my javascript enabled in case you ask. Anyone know how to resolve this thing? :crying_anim02: here's the screenshot of what the IE was saying. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  20. Thanks N1K! and sorry about the shoutbox

  25. I've been researching about the scripts/behaviour/syntax of Director MX 2004 because I'm trying to create a jukebox or video player using director. I know how to play, stop, rewind and fast forward the video but I'm trying to figure out how to pause it. So I'm looking for someone who knows the syntax to pause the video, and also to go next (go to next video) and go previous (go to previous video). Anyone here can help me? It's for my project. Hehe.. Hope you guyz can help! Thanks here's the sample syntax to control a quicktime movie: PLAY: on mouseUp me sprite(#).movieRate=1 end STOP: on mouseUp me sprite(#).movieRate=0 end :confused02: :help:
