    i have a new laptop lenovo ideapad 300 the orginal ram 12800 4gb its work but give me 4gb (3.86gb)usable when i put 4gb ram 10700 cant read it any idea to fix it ?? i try to fix this problem or its not problem need to buy new ram 12800 8gb ?? please help me
