Version 37 not integrates language pack Internet Explorer

The program version 37 WinToolkit does not integrate language pack IE . So, first I use LPIntegrator, which integrates all the updates, including language packs IE, and then WinToolkit for other tasks

I'm having a look at the issue now, seems like i told the IE9 LangPack to go green regardless if it's there or not, firstly i'm going to fix the update detection (reg/green) and then work on why it's not integrating.

I no integrate Hungarian Language pack for Ie9!

I try IE9-Windows6.1-LanguagePack-x86-hun.msu file and .cab file.

Wintoolkit version: 1.4.1.22
