Make addon creator able to read installwatch txt files.

Installwatch exports the added file list to a txt file. Could we add the ability to import that txt file into addon creator? It would make the addon creation process near automated.

Seems a bit pointless when right under 'export to text file' is 'export to reg file' which is actually used.
