Ability to Auto-Select Language, Locale, Keyboard Locale.

Since our users are not native english speakers.

Any news about Keyboard Locale  ( automatically choose the language keyboard during installation of Windows 7 ) ?

 

Or some tip how to do it with a .bat file or something different ?
