1) Where is the difference in integrating IE9 as .EXE or .msu/cab?

2) What does it mean in WT "blue highligth" in the update-tab?

Thiersee, perhaps you mean the blue highlighted entries under the drivers tab?

No, I mean in the Updates-Tab; may be the meaning is the same.

That looks like it was the last entry you clicked on and it has been highlighted with blue.

But, what does pink mean?? Integration Failed?

Pink means Win Toolkit could not detect if it integrated correctly, however check the 'Integrated' tab at the end.

Also please report any pink KB numbers please

KB2533552: WTK puts this one under Silent-Installer-SFX; this patch is present under Windows-Update, even if it has been already installed.

KB2592687: WTK puts this one under Silent-Installer-SFX; for this patch to install you need KB2574819 installed (WTK puts this one in the prerequisite).

KB2603229: WTK puts this one under Silent-Installer-SFX.
