i used the clean xp sp3 source for slipstreaming i dont know which addon or update is causing waste 24 hrs and no progress so far.

found some bugs and removed the bugging addons and now i dont understand which one has the problem please guy help.

the addon bug is dont understand

i have removed these addons i thought i was readding same and same thing again and again

i never have any missing files issue before.

all the last ini's i am post for fixing the bug during installation in gui mode almost addon failed to installed error was access denied.

guys can you provide how to test this on vm i mean what programs testing method do have in mind to out that it clean or error free iso like the one used msdn + lots of addons tweaks and all updates till 10-10-12.

please test way methods how to benchmark this iso to the fullest i going to install this one for my pc because in vbox not every thingd possible like quick heal total security cant be installed in vm enviroment.

please provide supportive tools programs anything you name it will for the betterment of my skills on making error free iso of lots of addons

- Use short path without spaces in it: C:\XP is a good one. Even better use an other hard drive: D:\XP

- Use update pack instead of integrating updates one by one.

- Use RVMi to integrate update pack, then after use nLite to integrate AddOns and tweaks.

- Try to integrate less addons, like half less.

U are running on a Win7 host while running nlite? Just a thought... I think this is one of the issue.

Hers my take:

Running nLite under Vista can cause many various issues. (Some of which resemble the ones you post here.)

You seen to be having issues that can be caused by having a av\malware app running while nliteing also.

nLiteing the SAME source more than once is a HUGE issue that can cause MANY issues.

Also do you realize nearly ALL of those addons are designed to be used on a SP3 source?

Thus they may be referring to files and\or routines that don't exist in a sp2 source.

i used nino fabbio's all in one update for the latest one and having more missing files than these including them too.

one of the missing files i remember is netaio.exe

few other post them later

i have post all the last.ini's of fresh untouch.iso file i tried 5 different time on fresh untouch iso mentioned above

i never used the same source again and again

Even if this is true, you might try running XP in a VM with all anti-virus temporarily disabled in both the VM and the host system, (disconnect from the internet while you are doing this if you are concerned), and building your new XP build under the XP in the VM just to see if you still have the same problems. If nothing else you could prove us wrong.

I use nLite on windows 7 64 bits without any issues, juste use it in XP SP3 compatibility mode and it OK.

I think the only issue is if you slipstream a service pack under Vista/7

WHY do you have 2 dozen or so redundant updates\addons?

i have no idea which are bad could you help

i just want xp with addons so i dont need to install programs one by one

please tell which are dont need to add here the list

as you xp get corrupted so easily and frequently that why added so many addons i dont have time install them one by one.

And just to be totally clear, Kel, what you are saying is that the OP can totally delete all of the items you listed in the above posts since all of their functions are already included in other items he is including in his build. He will have no loss of function or capability in his build by deleting those items. If he continues to have any problems, he should then post details including his new Last Session.ini, specs on which exact source he used, the operating environment of the machine he used to make his build, and any other details he thinks might be pertinent, and we'll go from there. Personally, I would also suggest he first make a build with NO addons at all and make sure that the OS functions correctly, then add a few addons at a time to his build, testing after each build, until he has his finished solution. I know it's not the way he wants to do it, but it will be a heck of a lot easier to debug any problems that way.

Have you tried Kel's suggestion to delete the specific items that Kel mentioned which are duplicates of other items that you also have in your build? Do that, then post details including your new Last Session.ini, specs on which exact source you used, the operating environment of the machine you used to make your build, and any other details you think might be pertinent, and we'll go from there.

As to all the addons you listed, just because they make an addon, doesn't mean you have to include it in your build. Only include the ones you know you will use. You can always add another app to your running system if you find out later that you need it. Then you can add that app's addon to your next build. But let's get one working build made first before you try to add everything plus the kitchen sink to a build that is not proven yet.

u told to clean those i did it just to save my time which i wont get back i am not challenging you skills here just kept those for safe side i searched your two big addon cpl one and uber one and deleted which i found duplicates addons

i cross checked user hiddens qfe update and deleted every single i found duplicate the ones i kept for i didnt understand and found that they were duplicates i thought i gave rough task to you guys of more 150 files to cross check thats why i took this measure.

you people are a team and i am just a alone jerk in karachi no friends and support from anyone i am jobless and no hopes from my country sorry for what i did again.

i am currently testing it in vbox so far no issues will test more untill ill install on physical system

please dont mind what i did i am all alone there no live chat kind of support and you people are not just dealing me you have a complete forum and duties to manage.

i wish i could make a bootable virtual cd rom emulator program boot after bios to install any os just like real cd dvdrom so that way anyone doesnt need to burn and prepare cd dvd usb like we from rufus and various iso or cd dvd recording just waste of time and resources.

imagine a bootable cd dvd virtual drive program which takes control of pc without an os install on it just need to copy the portable program and configure to auto boot any selected iso or known cd dvd format and reboot and install on fly from internal hdd.

i have the idea not enough skill to make one.

i wish someone will make what i think quick and fast without installation
