crashfly Posted November 18, 2012 Posted November 18, 2012 What for link are you looking for?Likely AhrimanSefid is looking for the "beta" link for WinToolKit. It is the first post of a topic that used to be sticked. Legolash2o appearantly is not "advertising" that link too much any more. Quote

compstuff Posted November 19, 2012 Posted November 19, 2012 Performance Report:I used 5.01 v38 and integrated 407 updates to Win7x64ENT, Temp and Mount on my SSD C:\ and Updates on my WD Black E:\, it took 2hrs and 38 min, which is just about the exact same as 4 v77. Using both versions my last 6 or 7 updates only integration's have all been around 2 1/2 hrs which is up from 2 hrs previously (maybe 60 or more integration's). I believe the increase is due to the updates and not WinToolKit. Quote
ccl0 Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 thanks for that link. i had no idea where to find the 1.5x beta Quote

My win8 dvd is an original upgrade win8 pro.Wintoolkit ask for an 'install.wim' but in my dvd there is only an 'install.esd' and no 'install.wim' ! Wat can I do to install the updates??Thank's a lot for help! Quote

reptileodeath Posted December 1, 2012 Posted December 1, 2012 (edited) windows 8 pro upgrade disk does not include install.wim it actually includes install.exe.apparantly only windows 8 pro systembuilder is the actual full edition,as that is the only one capable of a full clean install on a new hardrive.there is a lawsuit filed against Microsoft for not specifying this on their retail boxes. reptileodeath Posted December 1, 2012 Posted December 1, 2012 also very very bizarre I installed my windows 8 pro upgrade as clean install and it activated.only when I installed media centre did it say I needed to install another windows version first Quote
panshw Posted December 1, 2012 Posted December 1, 2012 (edited) Imho add support for the windows 8 pro upgrade disk interest many users, including myself. Please add this feature Edited December 1, 2012 by panshw Quote
sp0iledbrat Posted December 3, 2012 Posted December 3, 2012 I noticed (test 38) that when you open WIM manager, you can't select multiple images for deletion (with Ctrl), which is possible in 1.4.0.77. Is that on purpose? I kind of liked that feature... Quote
