Tjuh Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 I've also tried removing most if not all of the green components, but after installation I couldn't boot up in the system anymore, so u need to be careful with what u select. I know for a fact that removing only the metro apps works. Quote
Tjuh Posted January 1, 2013 Posted January 1, 2013 Did u get a working system with those components removed? Quote
sukinsin88 Posted January 2, 2013 Author Posted January 2, 2013 no installation is ok but after that nothing only black screen we must wait for normal tool Quote
Tjuh Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 Yes I had the same thing, Win8 isnt fully implemented yet I think. But Win7 is, I removed all of the green components and my system is slimmed down and fully operational. Quote

Legolash2o Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 I haven't really done any experimenting with component removal on Windows 8 yet. Quote
Tjuh Posted January 24, 2013 Posted January 24, 2013 Ok, well all I know for sure that removing the apps works as intended. The rest not so much I guess. Quote
