RicaNeaga Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 He probably means to add it. There is however already a tweak in WinToolkit that adds it to the desktop right-click. Quote

ianymaty Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 Actualy there are a few Start menu tweeks that you (Lego) didn't implemented in when you did my request for Start Menu. ( I can't find the thread now since it's deleted, here was a link to it but it's a dead end http://www.wincert.net/forum/topic/10506-more-in-depth-start-menu-options/?p=91103 ) If you have the time look here for what you can http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/265-start-menu-customize.html Quote
Legolash2o Posted January 28, 2013 Posted January 28, 2013 Nope it's not available but i've just added it. Quote

ianymaty Posted January 29, 2013 Posted January 29, 2013 Now if you add the missing ones, the Start menu can be fully customizable from Win Toolkit. Here are the missing items: Enable context menus and dragging and dropping : Start_EnableDragDropHighlight newly installed programs : Start_NotifyNewAppsOpen submenus when I pause on them with the mouse pointer : Start_AutoCascadeSearch other files and libraries : Start_SearchFilesSearch programs and Control Panel : Start_SearchProgramsSort All Programs menu by name : Start_SortByNameNumber of recent programs to display : Start_MinMFUNumber of recent items to display in Jump Lists : Start_JumpListItems And please rename this items to reflect how they are shown on Start menu > Customize... Devices & Printers -> Devices and Printers : Start_ShowPrintersFavourites -> Favorites menu : StartMenuFavoritesHelp & Support -> Help : Start_ShowHelpHomeGroup -> Homegroup : Start_ShowHomegroupPersonal TV -> Personal folder : Start_ShowUserRecent Docs -> Recent Items : Start_ShowRecentDocsRun -> Run command : Start_ShowRunUse small icons on Start Menu -> Use large icons : Start_LargeMFUIcons Quote

ianymaty Posted January 31, 2013 Posted January 31, 2013 Why not just use own reg file? You know, I know, some people here knows too how to use own reg files but new users I doubt they all know. Can't remember who was saying that WinToolkit is the Swiss Army Knife... so if can be, why not? All I was asking was to be complete not just a part of it customizable. Quote
