(English only, you still have to add LP and hyphenation cab/MSU for your specific language, you can take them from IE10setup.exe).

You mean you can no longer find it to DL again?  As if it knows you are already running it so it knows you don't need it?  Does it seem to run correctly?  (I DL'd both 32 and 64 bit versions for my collection, but did not install - I don't use IE)

I guess I could PM you or post the direct links if that would help you.  Just let me know.

No, I mean I can't launch the 64 bits executable: no shortcuts, no visible options, I even tried to launch it from 'Program Files', it's always the 32 bits version that is started.

Seems the solution is this: http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads/40761-Solution-How-to-enable-IE10-x64-Mode

However, for compatibility with plug-ins, IE 10 on the desktop runs 32-bit tabs by default.
If the user turns on “Enhanced Protected Mode” in Internet Options, Advanced,
he will have 64-bit tabs by default for IE 10 on the Desktop.

<Restart of whole computer is needed for the change to take an effect.>

Edit: Yes, this works after a reboot, but then IE10 will be only 64bits.

Seems x64 users have to make a choice !

I don't really care as I use mainly Firefox and sometimes Opera, but it's good to know.

Odd, since with IE9 you are able to have both IE9 32-bit and IE9 64-bit as separate installed options.

EDIT:  From reading at the link you provided, it seems that many are having issues with IE10, though that was a little while back.  Also, reading further at a link provided at the other site - http://blogs.msdn.com/b/ieinternals/archive/2012/03/23/understanding-ie10-enhanced-protected-mode-network-security-addons-cookies-metro-desktop.aspx - shows that there are differences in IE10 depending on whether it is installed on Win7 or Win8.  It is very confusing to follow because there are now all these things to consider:

Manager Processes
Content Processes
Enhanced Protected Mode
AppContainer
IE Tabs

Not to mention Desktop IE and Metro-style IE.

From a quick read, I'll quote:

In the upcoming Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008R2, the only thing that enabling Enhanced Protected Mode does is turn on 64bit Content Processes. But, when running on Windows 8, the EPM option provides even more security by also causing the sandboxed Content Process to run in a new process isolation feature called “AppContainer.”

and

Tabs running in Enhanced Protected Mode on Windows 8 run inside an AppContainer. On Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2, AppContainer does not exist, so EPM only enables 64bit tabs on a 64bit OS. (That also means that enabling EPM on a 32bit Windows 7 system doesn’t do anything, because a 32bit Windows 7 system supports neither 64bit nor AppContainer).

Bottom line, I'll think I'll wait a bit for it to get settled out a little more, especially since I try to avoid using IE anyway. :)

No more direct downloads on his server due to the recent DOS attacks but the WinToolKIt and Windows Download Integrator work.

The McRip links are getting redirected to Microsoft.com.  :dizzy:

I wish Komm would fix his site like that also, instead of only having his tool be able to access it.  Maybe McRip can share his method with Komm?  Hopefully someone with access to McRip will suggest that to him?
