In both the '17 and '18 builds of WinToolKit, progress seems to stall at KB2729462, It is the first of 36 updates (in the Tookit list) that I downloaded with WindowsUpdate Downloader. After half-an-hour in each instance, I gave up. My preset was fairly simple and straightforward; a few device drivers, a few registry tweaks, and the updates.
