Hello abbodi1406

Could you please explain to me what to integrate first before integrating (.NET 4.7.2) and (.NET 4.8)?

Thank you for your answer.

Sorry for my English

Hi traumaticholler, thank you for your reply.
On the 'UpdatePack7R2-21.7.14.exe' file, I drag my .ISO image onto it and it integrates itself.
I put .WA files in the same directory as .ISO and UpdatePack7R2-21.7.14.exe
How should I understand that? 'The addon will conflict with some Windows Updates (.NET 3.5 Family), so leave the addon's integration to the last.'
Should I download any patches from Windows Update (.NET 3.5 Family) first and integrate them into the iso image?

@abbodi1406

hi, abbodi1406
After integrating .NET 4.8 addons (dotNetFx48_20210810_x64.WA and dotNetFx48LP_x64_CHS.WA) in my custom Windows 7 SP1 ISO,I installed the ISO in VMware, the version and updates in system showed that:
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8                   v4.8.04410
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 (CHS)        v4.8.03761
and the updates showed:
Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 (KB5004755)
Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 (KB4600944v3)

The ISO without integrating .NET 4.8 addons, I installed BypassESU-v11(Full Installation), and installed .NET 4.8 manually by Windows Updates, the version and updates in system showed that:
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8                    v4.8.03761
Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 (简体中文)  v4.8.03761
the updates showed:
Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 (KB5004755)
Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 (KB4503575)

1. In the inegrated ISO, the .NET 4.8 main addon's version is higher than the Language Pack addon's in system‘s Programs and Features (I firstly found the different version in All-In-One Integrator‘s addons tab).

2. The updates in the inegrated ISO is different from the manually installed one.

I'm a bit confused, is there a problem with my integration?

Should i integrate dotNetFx472_20190319_x64.WA(v4.8.03761) too?

.NET Framework 4.8.1 has been released on August 9, 2022, but officially it is not supported for Windows 7. Can be backported or that is not necessary at all?

https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet-framework

I don't think it worth the trouble
did you see what features it provide?

but if anyone want to try:
- install .NET 4.8.0 on Windows 7
- install .NET 4.8.1 on Windows 10 build 19041
- copy and replace these folders from W10 to offline W7

\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly
\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319
\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319
