.NET 3.5 Family and .NET 4.x Family are completely separate software package
they can co-exist together, but 4.x does not replace or has effect on 3.5

so the updates you are getting has nothing to do with this Addon
and you need to install those updates ;)

Are the files in the first post updated to include two latest updates?

KB2898871 & KB2901128

Those are Windows 8.1 updates

nevertheless, the addon contain lateset hotfixes (including security updates that are released in February

some downloaded managers (external or browser) change the extension specially if the file is actually a zip or 7z ;)

not sure if is related to the addon, but

the version 4.5.1 installed into a windows x86 install ok and everything after runs ok.

the version 4.5.2 installed into a windows x64 install ok but the process mscorsvw.exe (path C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319) consume a lot of processor every time the system boot and keep consuming till stopped manually.

Hello!

I want to make a fully integrated Win7 X64 system, but i have problem with some tools.

1. I use Windows Update Downloader. I download all of the updates.

2. I integrate them with the WinToolkit.

3. I add this dotNetFx452_x64.Windows7.AddOn.20140507.WA as addon in the WinToolkit.

4. Finally i make an usb disc, and try to install.

At the first start of the windows, it say, that .NET Framework has problem, and stopped.

After a new window comes in: Detecting Drivers, and here the PC freezes.

What can be the problem?

Other problem: If i add some silent install programs they will not installed. I cant find them.

Kind regards,

NewZoo
