I had problems after installation has been finished, after preparing a desktop and when appears a desktop PC shut downing itself and wont booted any more, it was trying to boot again itself but after manufacturer logo it reboots again and again like that. what is that problem? Can u explain me what is it, please?

It seems a hardware problem.

First, check your CPU temps.

Then, check your RAM (use memtest86+) http://www.memtest.org/

Also your PSU (swap with another if you can)

You can also try a CMOS reset

 

Could be many things, so you have to test step by step.

please provide an exact same steps that you have done. what are you installing, the operating system, hardware configuration, some PC background, I mean, is that new/old?, BIOS setting? it may will help us to provide an answer..
