Posted May 24, 201311 yr XP Pro w/SP3 > started WinToolkit 1.4.1.22 > error message: Major Error - Missing reference. Please report this immediately: WinToolkit.resources > OK (at least 15 times then the main Win Tookit menu appears).
June 5, 201311 yr I've made some changes, hopefully it v23 once released will be ok for you I don't really have XP to test it on.
