missing dx9d3_43.dll

hi

after a long time I use my win7 done with toolkit I noticed this problem:
when I try to install a game tells me that the file is missing dx9d3_43.dll.
I downloaded "dxwebsetup" to try to solve it but crashes and gives me error in the logs that have little meaning for me.
I have to redo my win 7 light or is there a solution?

Have you installed the latest directx redist files? Use this for example.
