How to extract IE11 setup files:

IE11setup.exe /x:c:\ie11

Links to IE11 cabs (for integration) :

(English only, you still have to add Language pack cab and spelling & hyphenation msu for your specific language, you can take them from IE11setup.exe or from the individual links below).

Before you integrate IE11, you will need to integrate 5 updates which are required for IE11 to work properly in Win7 SP1, here there are below:

Links are broken can you find them and re-posted it?

You can obtain the cab from the exe, you have even quoted the command.

Yeah but these CABs ware always with latest update integrated in it self, and if I download EXEs they will be RTM release.

They weren't (unlike IE9 & 10). They were somewhat updated in July 2014 but after some tests, the KB was still asked by Windows Update.

Here are static links, check the date of the sig:

Windows6.1-KB2841134-x64.cab

Windows6.1-KB2841134-x86.cab

I advise to use rhahgleuhargh's update list with WinToolkit or NTLite (or DISM).
