February 14, 201510 yr Author They weren't (unlike IE9 & 10). They were somewhat updated in July 2014 but after some tests, the KB was still asked by Windows Update. Here are static links, check the date of the sig:Windows6.1-KB2841134-x64.cabWindows6.1-KB2841134-x86.cab I advise to use rhahgleuhargh's update list with WinToolkit or NTLite (or DISM).See also this post.
