Yes it is called visual tooltip this is the newest version it works flawlessy

you can also adjust the size and it has glass borders

I already got it. It's QT's Tabbar that makes thumbnail preview on mouseover possible. QT's creations are great! My XP system now has easier accessibility because of QT. But still I can't figure out how to use the search toolbar. The provided manual is in chinese.

It's Japanese, but I guess that doesn't help you much, either...

And yes, it does look like quite a usefull tool but I can't figure it out (haven't tried "experimenting yet, though), either...
