I dunno if its from the updates-Info or WinToolKit Support-Apply:

ATM the links way to this: hxxp://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=XXXXXXX

The new links for KB-Info are: hxxp://support.microsoft.com/kb/XXXXXX/YY

(Ofcs, xx = tt; XXXXXX=Kb Number; YY= Language Code)
