[Solved] Statusbar of I.E is not enabled by wintoolkit

sir i have tried to enable status-bar of I.E in windows 7sp1 image 2-3 times, under tweets options, but every time when i install window then status-bar of I.E is not enabled by default. u can see the screen shot.
