Make sure you are on Windows 8 or have ADK installed and tell WinTK to use that version instead of the default

BTW would be cool if WinTK detected that you were on Windows 7 servicing Windows 8/8.1 and warn you...maybe even provide a link for ADK

After you install ADK you have to point WinTK to the dism of ADK, so it uses that one (Options -> Misc: Custom DISM)

BTW ADK supersedes WAIK, so you can delete WAIK and keep ADK (it works on Win7 as well)

To report any Win Toolkit bugs, go here - http://www.wincert.net/forum/forum/209-wintoolkit-bugs/ - and start a new thread for each bug you want to report. (This makes it easier for Lego keep track of them.)  But please try and do a search on the forum to make sure that the bug has not already been reported, and perhaps solved.
