crashfly Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 Well, if it becomes possible to introduce modules to WinToolKit, that would be cool. Even if not, it is awesome that you will be able to use WinToolKit for an educational purpose. Keep up the great work. Quote
spidernz Posted March 21, 2014 Posted March 21, 2014 Modulalartiy would be amazing! it would mean that if a group of us wanted to work on the removal process, or like or windows customisations (changing bootscreen/setupscreens/icons etc)we could work on it while Lego works on the main tool. Quote
Etz Posted April 7, 2014 Posted April 7, 2014 Well modularity needs probably somekind of API (for possibility to create 3rd party modules) aswell so I doubt it will really happen due to time constrains... :g: Quote
Tuesday77 Posted April 20, 2014 Posted April 20, 2014 Modulalartiy would be amazing! Yeah! :punk: Quote
Legolash2o Posted May 4, 2014 Author Posted May 4, 2014 I may not even have time for modules. My initial task would be to do further research, then manually re-code all of Win Toolkit with .NET 4.5, multi-threading and then WPF. :-O Don't forget there's quite a few requests which have been in that part of the forum now for over a year too which I have to implement. crashfly Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 While I realize you are using WinToolKit as a project for your final year project, should you continue working on this "project" after you graduate, it would be nice to see some modularity. Likely it is a bit much for now, but at least allow for the possibility after you have graduated. Modularity was something I suggested, so I would say table that suggestion for now. If it is possible later, then I would still like to see that. Quote
Legolash2o Posted May 7, 2014 Author Posted May 7, 2014 Well I love learning so I will either stick with Win Toolkit or start a new project relating to Windows. Quote
niTe_RiDeR_Pr0 Posted January 30, 2015 Posted January 30, 2015 OMG!! I didnt know that this much coding is required for this program!!!!!!! Thank you so much so much Liam for your efforts and giving them for free :worthy: :worthy: Legolash2o 1 Quote
