WTK ignored proxy settings in IE`s “Internet Options”

WTK ignored proxy settings in IE`s “Internet Options” and try download updates directly from server. It`s a bug?

Win Toolkit v1.4.37.20, Win7.

Try with v1.4.38.2 available through the "Latest Builds" link in Lego's sig..

With v1.4.38.2 the same problem.

Have any previous versions worked for you?  What are your proxy settings, and where did you expect it to download from?

The last time I used WTK was when it download updates from McRip server There was no problem with proxy.

Now I check Windows Hotfix Downloader. It downloads updates via proxy with no problem.

 

I set proxy through `Control panel` - `Internet Options` - `Connections` Tab. Each connection I controlled with firewall and monitor in proxy program.
