My pc have windows 7 x64. I want to update a windows 8.1 iso. i install 8.1 ADK and latest version of Win Toolkit.
download latest updates from WUD (Windows Updates Downloader).
kb2919355 (320mb) cant intergrated, all others its ok.

OK! I find the solution. The updates must be installed in the following order:

    KB2919442
    KB2919355
    KB2932046
    KB2937592
    KB2938439

Uninstall old adk, install latest adk 8.1.

Use untouch iso. updates must be in the order you see in the photo.

Just update the iso, dont remove,disable, tweak...
