[Solved] None of the silent installs got installed!

Hi,

I'm using version 1.4.38.10 and I tried to integrate java runtime, Silverlight, .net framework 4.5.1 but none of them got installed!

I tried twice and I don't know what is the problem, could anyone guide me please?
