at which point does RunOnce use the install.ini and when do RunOnce reboot, if I set there "REBOOT=TRUE"?

It loads the install.ini at the very very beginning. It reboots at the very very end when the RunOnce closes.

OK, I've tried it and works, but it's not exactly what I hoped.

Before RunOnce starts, it was a request from me in the past.

Just out of curiosity, why would you want it to restart first? Win Toolkit should be the first thing to run after installation.

Doubt in the past, that some programs could need a restart.

But probably it's not needed anymore.
