Hey lego? Why in the heck does discarding images still kick off the rebuilding wim option?

 

If I am discarding a image then the wim doesn't need rebuilt does it?

Which tool was you using at the time?

There is usually checkbox you can uncheck for it not to do it.

There is but it makes no sense for the discard button to even kick of rebuilding at all.

Maybe someone has worked on 4 images previously and then on the last one decided to descard it and rebuild i anyway.

Someone discards an image and wants to rebuild it, but when it doesn't (because of this thread). They will report it as a bug.

 

 

Technically it's not a bug since you left the rebuild image option checked and it's doing just that

The best alternative I can come up with is to remove the checkbox and add a 'Save and Rebuild' option.

 

• Save and Rebuild
• Save
• Discard
• Keep

I like that solution.
