System: Win8.1.1 en-us with german (de-de)-LP integrated x64

I have still keep these lp-updates in my repo, i really need all of them for IE11?

 

 

 

IE11-Windows6.1-LanguagePack-x64-de-de
IE-Hyphenation-de
IE-Spelling-de
