graybags Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Is there any reason for the "steps"? For example, what happens if you just include the step 2 updates immediately after the step 1 updates? Quote
PhillTheChill Posted October 25, 2014 Posted October 25, 2014 Excellent thank you. Can you update the list up to October 2014. Quote
Ricardo Silva Posted January 12, 2015 Posted January 12, 2015 Excelent topic I'm also searching for the correct and updated order to slipstream the updates. Do you know where can i search that? Quote

dougiefresh Posted May 12, 2018 Posted May 12, 2018 Yeah, I know it's obsolete. But after getting all the other updates that WinToolkit didn't download, and the inclusion of the updates that this thread listed that both I and WinToolkit missed, I was able to integrate almost every update into my Windows 7 32-bit DVD. Had to work a little harder to do KB2533552, but likewise, it was worth the effort! Thanks! Quote
mooms Posted May 12, 2018 Posted May 12, 2018 You can do all in one pass (and much much less KB) with the tuto & update lists linked. Quote
dougiefresh2 Posted June 27, 2018 Posted June 27, 2018 (edited) Much less KB? I disagree. Updates like KB2603229 and KB4099950 (which WinToolkit downloads under the _NotAllowedOffline folder) integrate just fine via WinToolkit once this list of updates is installed. Can this list be done in one pass? Yeah, probably, as long as the ORDER of updates is maintained. I found it useful to use TCC/LE in my quest to find the updates and put them in the right order for WinToolkit to integrate them. Yes, I had to download quite a few updates myself, but it was well worth it. Btw, I've decided to share my success with KB2533552 with this community, so it is available here. Once installed via the script, KB3046269 is easy to install. KB3177467 takes a bit more work to correctly install so that more updates can be added to the WIM. I'll update the script I referenced earlier once I figure out how to do this with the script. Edited June 27, 2018 by dougiefresh2 Quote

The updates are named to automatically have the correct order, it takes a couple clicks to add them in WinToolkit (see the tutorial). On 6/27/2018 at 6:57 PM, dougiefresh2 said: Much less KB? wkeller Posted January 2, 2019 Posted January 2, 2019 (edited) You could look at my topic: https://www.wincert.net/forum/index.php?/topic/14001-integrate7-script-–-automatically-download-and-slipstream-all-updates-up-to-122018/ Inside my shell script is correct order of slipstreaming Windows 7 updates (all post-SP1 up to Dec 2018). I've tested it many a time. Edited January 2, 2019 by wkeller Quote
