i want to change into transparent border and image under this border

yeah i need same this but how i can make this one any software or through photoshop or paint

you can use many prog. to change images in spwizimg.dll or any dll file i used 2 of them see video if is dificil send or p.m do not forget to take ownership on the file when you need to change it

I know this is an old thread, but I have been looking forever trying to find a file. I'm wanting to edit a file like the 516 in spwizimg.dll but it doesn't seem to be there. I'm wanting to do the first one transparent as well as to not show 518 image until the install. Like:

I know this thread is old, but I'm really looking for that transparent setup bmp... The Zippyshare link is dead, is there any chance anyone still has this and can re-upload?
