WolfX2 Posted August 22, 2006 Posted August 22, 2006 Know how much hard drive space you have left at a glance, just like in windows vista.Installation is easy...Just extract the contents of this .rar file into your program files folder and run the .exe file.Windows Defender Users:When you run the .exe file, Windows Defender will pop up, accept the changes and its business as usual http://www.wincert.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=1273Thanks to Kelsenellenelvian for this great addon
NIM Posted August 22, 2006 Posted August 22, 2006 Even drive icons are changed to Vista style. Nice add-on and very useful too If you wan't to revert to default settings you should do this:Start --> Run This will fix it back to default:REG Delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\DriveIcons /fThis will remove all customized icons on the drives and set them back to default icons inside the shell32.dll (may require refresh F5, or just quit My Computer and run it again).

NIM Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 Just tried this and now i have no drive icons You've probably run it from the temp folder while the files were in .rarFirst extract contents of the rar file in some folder, for example C:\Program Files\Vista Drive Indicatior and run the exe file from there. You shouldn't have problem after that..
zakum Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 No, still not working.Very strange as i have used before
