shon3i Posted December 8, 2014 Posted December 8, 2014 (edited) I noticed that if i checked LDR-QFE mode in options of AIO integrator, updates will be integrated only in GDR mode. Did i missed something? or there is special reason for that ? I use last updates from WHDownloader and many updates can be installed in LDR mode... On windows 7 everything works just fine. Also can i suggest some option, if we look readme of updates from WHDownloader, we see that some updates need to be install in only GDR, so would be nice if we can select something for example force GDR install, to can choose what update(s) will install in what mode(s). Thanks... Edited December 8, 2014 by shon3i Quote
ricktendo Posted December 8, 2014 Posted December 8, 2014 Very few win8 updates contain LDR, mostly .net updates Quote
shon3i Posted December 8, 2014 Author Posted December 8, 2014 (edited) I am pretty sure that i am checked installed updates, and none showed _BF, while i am use KUC and after integrating i see some updates had _BF. I use almost all updates from VHDownloader so i suppose that some will be installed in LDR, but none of them show BF. So is there specific update who have LDR just for testing purposes ? because i am sure will not integrate as LDR Edited December 8, 2014 by shon3i Quote
abbodi1406 Posted December 8, 2014 Posted December 8, 2014 As ricktendo stated, in Windows 8.1 only some .NET updates have both GDR+LDR branches2898847,2898850,2966826,2966828,2968296,2972103-v2,2972213,2973114,2977765,2978041,2978122,2979573,2979576there are some hotfixes that are LDR only (all are .NET related except one 2974735)2925384-v4,3011110-v2,3000059-v3,3013375LDR is as good as GDR Quote
