i had the same problem,  (WIN81  -  73 updates failed integration if running under win7).

I repeated the the same AOI operation just under WTK 1.5.2.13

Now in DISM Log i can see:

DISM   DISM.EXE: Host machine information: OS Version=6.1.7601, Running architecture=amd64, Number of processors=4
2015-01-16 18:07:41,
DISM   DISM.EXE: Dism.exe version: 6.3.9600.17029

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.1\Assessment and Deployment Kit\Deployment Tools\amd64\DISM\dism.exe"   /Image:"C:\WinToolkit_Mount_062C7BA0D22FC4BF929F5D148D2A7EE3" /Add-Package /PackagePath:"D:\Win81 Updates\Windows8.1-x64\Baseline\Windows8.1-KB3012199-x64.msu" /ScratchDir:"C:\Windows\WinToolkit_Temp\ScratchDir_3EE176732DAEBB923799CD0C4DBDE373" /English

Now all integrate without error..

@Lego,

It's not possible to integrate Windows 8 updates with Windows 7's DISM, you have to use the latest one from Windows 8.1. With this latest DISM version installed, it was possible to integrate updates to Windows 8.x under Windows 7 with previous versions of Win Toolkit (I don't remember which one, I always use the latest one, and make tests with Windows 8.1 three times per a year).

But surprisingly, with latest Win toolkit versions (1.5.3.9 to .13) AND even with latest DISM 6.3.9600.17029 installed, updates of Windows 8.1 can't be integrated under Windows 7.

Download the latest build and trying running it with the switch /ForceLatestDism

Wintoolkit.exe /forcelatestdism

If that works, then I will make some changes. :)

Just curious, but why wouldn't you want to always use the Latest DISM available?  Doesn't it work for Win7 also?

Cheers and Regards
