Hey, here is the best way to compress in inno:

 

Add the following compression configuration in the [setup] section of inno script:  

Compression=lzma2/ultra64InternalCompressLevel=ultra

This may not make much difference, but it will be a few MBs smaller..

Or use my Adobe AiO instead of separately adding Adobe AIR, FlashPlayer & Shockwave (the shockwave msi is used & this much smaller(even smaller than ricktendo's), because the msi was repacked by me) ;)

I think adobe's runtimes can't aio. Those software update is fast. I hope you release adobe  runtimes package & java & microsoft runtimes package. However, thank you very much do that.
