Windows 7SP1 UEFI doesn`t work

I am using Wintoolkit 1.5.3.12.

All Updates were downloaded and included correctly.

But I can´t create a UEFI Windows 7 SP1 boot media.

 

A have a Asus x99-Deluxe mainboard with the lastest bios (version 1502).
