I have tried with x86 and x64 in Windows 7 Home Basic, Home Premium, Professional, Ultimate and it doesn't... Maybe I check something different?

Did you somehow edit the INI-file?

The only difference I see, in comparison with my file, is a missing "s": it should be "Always Show Menu Bars"

Always Show Menu Bars (with s) is in Explorer (this works)

Always Show Menu Bar is in Internet Explorer (and this doesn't work)

Somebody knows why?
