Driver-Import in WTK 1.5.4.10

Hi Liam,

a small bug is still showing up on importing some driver in WTK 1.5.4.10:

for example ASMedia-USB and AMD-Display are not seen by WTK, other driver don't have issues.

If I import an older driver.ini with the same driver, they will be imported.

With WTK 1.5.4.4 no problem at all.
