Posted October 12, 20177 yr Hi, I'm all new here so maybe this has been addressed before. However I am using the ISO downloader 5.21 and am trying to download windows 7. When it's asking me to select edition I cannot see any options in the dropdown menue. It's just blank white. Does any one know how to solve this? Thanks Edited October 12, 20177 yr by Johanna
October 12, 20177 yr This is a known issue, of which I don't know the root cause yet. Use the arrow keys, and not the mouse to select an edition. Then everyhing displays just fine.
October 21, 20177 yr The root cause of this bug is still unknown. I can't replicate the issue. I'll fix it when someone is able to let me know how to replicate it...
