Hi, I'd like to download the x64 version of W10 with this program but it won't let me.

it says" error, the product key you entered can't be used on this website"

but I never entered any product key...

The error comes from the API on Microsoft.com. I'm not able to replicate it. Maybe it was just a temporary glitch on Microsoft's side:

If the issue persists, please let me know the exact download you're trying to accomplish.

I tried again this morning and I'm having the exact same issue.

I tried it on my wife's computer and it happened again.

I'm trying to download "Windows 10 Pro x64 French".

Looks like a temporary glitch on Microsoft's side. Please switch the language to English (US).
